Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

  • Orders placed after 5 PM PST will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when it has shipped

 


 

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days


Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or high demand.

 


 

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the United States.

 


 

4. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

International shipping:

5. Order Tracking

6. Delays & Carrier Issues

OHM is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx)

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.

 


 

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers

  • Address changes may not be possible once the order has been processed

 


 

9. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
